Prospective Family Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Resurrection Catholic Parish School. We know that choosing a school is an important decision and we are here to help you through the process. As a growing school we are currently serving Preschool through 7th Grade, expanding to 8th Grade for the ‘26/’27 school year.

We are currently accepting applications for the 2025/2026 school year. Please follow the steps below to apply.​

New Family Application Process

​Grades 1st through 8th Application Process

STEP 1 - Attend open house Jan. 25 or schedule a tour by calling 503-638-8869

STEP 2 - Complete online new student application through FACTS and pay non-refundable application fee of $350

​​​​STEP 3 - Apply for Financial Aid on FACTS if needed by Mar. 1

STEP 4 - Submit all records to kfillis@rcparish.org

  • Legal birth certificate 

  • Sacramental records (ie baptism, first communion if applicable)

  • EP/ILP/504 plan if applicable 

STEP 5 - Request records from current school

  • Last 3 report cards (grades 1-8)

  • Recommendation letter from current teacher and/or principal (Click here for letter)

STEP 6 - Schedule shadow day and family meets with principal

STEP 7 - Once all forms and records have been accepted and reviewed, the family will be notified of acceptance status.

STEP 6 - Kindergarten Assessment/Meet & Greet with Mrs. Dhar in mid April 

STEP 7 - Once all forms and records have been accepted and reviewed, the family will be notified of acceptance status.

The first trimester of attendance at Resurrection Catholic Parish School is considered a probationary period. Chronic missing or late academic work, class disruption, disregard for school policy, or other such issues may result in the student being asked to withdraw from Resurrection Catholic Parish School.
