Typical Day

Each student receives the personal and individual attention needed to ensure their success. Our students are taught the tools needed to become changemakers within our classrooms, school, families and in their communities. Justice and Respect are grounded in our faith foundation, our Catholic social teachings are integrated throughout our curriculum.

Preschool

The perfect stepping stone to Pre-K, our 3's class is a wonderful place for children to build the routines and self-help skills that all independent learners need. Each day’s schedule provides opportunities for children to explore and express themselves through art, music and movement, language, math, dramatic play, hands-on science and creative activities.

Pre-Kindergarten

Leadership skills begin to develop in the 4's as they become role models for our younger students on the main level of our school. They begin to practice and cultivate the important skill of articulating their thinking and understanding in their own words.

Kindergarten

Morning Meeting and daily routines provide multiple opportunities for whole group discussion and mini-lessons that take students into the work of the day.  Opportunities to be authors, illustrators, speakers and scientists are abundant in this classroom.

Elementary Grades

As our students progress through grade levels, design thinking and project-based learning help students to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Students learn how to take initiative and responsibility, build their confidence, solve problems, work in teams, communicate ideas, and manage themselves more effectively.
